The man is a fish! He is simply delivering every time he gets in the water. Yes, Michael Phelps stands out as a phenomenon. He’s like Michael Johnson
with flippers.
I have been watching this years games and so far it has been very exciting, but Phelps really is a super hero and fun to watch.
